What are the business hours? Can I drop by the studio?

The Guild is a volunteer run, non-profit organization. We don’t have set operating hours, but we’re happy to connect with you via email and will do our best to respond as soon as we can.

Is parking available?

There is ample parking in the plaza parking lot

Can I use or rent your kiln?

The Guild kilns are not available for rentals as they are very busy with our classes and members' use. However, there are other private studios that rent their kilns which can be found on the web.

Can I book a private event or rent your studio?

We do not offer private events, birthday parties, team building or corporate events, on or off our premises as our studio is used by our members and for classes.

Can I pay by cash?

All payments are made online. The Guild does not accept cheques or cash.

Can I tour the studio?

As we do not have set operating hours we do not offer studio tours.

How do I join the mailing list?

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do not sell gift certificates.

Can I have a ceramic piece repaired for me?

We do not repair ceramic pieces.

Can someone make me an urn, teapot lid, custom piece?

We do not accept commission work. Some of our members sell their work or accept commissions. Check out our Members Gallery https://mississaugapotters.com/about-us/members-gallery to see if any members may have posted their contact information and private arrangements may be made.

Will tax apply to my fees?

HST is applied to all fees and purchases.

Do I need to be a member to come to a meeting?

Non-members are invited to join us for one meeting to find out what we are all about.
